It's only when you have lost someone/something precious you start cherish the rest you have. Because what you have lost you cannot have it back anymore but what are left are the ones keeping you alive.

Am very moved by the friendships they have acquired along their journeys.
No regrets, no complaints. Strengthen themselves just so that they can protect their companions - to an extent they are willing to forgo their own ego selves and let the love/desire for friends overrides their own dreams.
