Fear of the Lord.

Oh, that they had such a heart in them that they would fear me, and always keep all my commandments. Deuteronomy 5:29

1.  It is impossible to draw near to God if there is a lack of holy fear.
2. The evidence of this fear is obedience to His commandments.

Drawing near to God always begins in our heart and manifests in our obedience!
